On my mad hunt for furniture and interiors, I stumbled upon this vase by Ronit Baranga. It’s all clean, smooth surfaces on the outside, but trecherous on the inside – perfect.

Adorable (with a French accent). Great styling as usual.

I saw Alex Chung out at Teddy’s in Hollywood this past Friday, July 16th. At first I didn’t even recognize her because she was wearing what resembled a long, floral granny dress with a loose fitting old white T-shirt over top and her hair was in her face. She and another girl (in a similar outfit) were dancing like little girls in the middle of the dance floor and having a blast. Without the T-shirt, the dress is actually really cute and she is truly stunning.

Usually, when I spy a celeb I try to play it cool and “not care” when I totally do. With Alexa it was different,  I was willing to risk all forms of coolness and so I was a total nerd and went and asked her for a photo while she was chilling in the back corner. She was very sweet and immediately said yes.

I love Calourette’s ‘finger’ ring and the heebie-jeebies it gives me.

It’s so friggin’ hot in the city right now all I want to do is stay inside and spend quality time with my air conditioning unit. If i was forced to part with chilly my haven (say, if my building was on fire or I run out of food and water), the only thing I’d want to wear is this with nothing underneath. Sure, it would be inappropriate, but so is 100 degree weather.

I was cleaning up my desktop today and found this gem from an old obsession…this editorial was quintessential Steven Klein and its influence can not be missed in Lady Gaga’s Alejandro.

Treacherous Minx (tminx) is an LA based brand that prints original drawings and collages onto comfy cotton tanks, tees, and cropped tops. The drawings are inspired by starlets of the 60’s including Brigitte Bardot. Tminx features girls, lots of girls – girls in sexy lingerie, girls with guns, girls with huge sunglasses…I especially love the clean outlines and blank faces on many of the drawings.

The designer (who happened to be in my photography class), gave both myself and our fellow classmate (who is also named Hannah) matching cropped tops with the cutest design. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to practice our photography skills, so Hannah and I ventured into LA’s Runyon Canyon and took the following photos.
